Precision numerical machining

Our employees were trained in precision machining and plastic work. Using our machine tools and other suitable techniques (shaping, turning, drilling and welding), our employees are able to machine, in regular production, plastic parts with a precision of one tenth of a thousand of inch ( 0,010 inch or 0,025 millimetre). Our expertise in design and computer-assisted manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and with our computerized equipments (robotized machine tool) enables us to design moulds and prototype in three dimensions. The parts cutting process with our numerical machining center (CNC) ensures an excellent reproducibility throughout the production.
