Vacuum thermoforming

Our employees in design of mould and thermoform parts are experts in this technique which consists in giving a form to the heated plastic sheet by creating a vacuum space allowing a tight contact around a preheated mould. The male or female moulds are designed carefully in order to make it possible to mould large or small parts with the same concern of detail. The cooled thermoformed parts are forwarded to machining where they will be cut out numerically and machined with precision.
